3.1 Minting Failure - Automatic Refund

If your NFT minting fails due to technical issues on our platform, you will receive an automatic refund.

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Refund reason: requested_by_customer

3.2 Minting Success - No Refund

Once an NFT is successfully minted, refunds are not available.

This policy is in place because:

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design
  • The NFT is permanently recorded on the blockchain
  • The digital asset has been delivered and is non-returnable

3.3 Minting Status

You can check your minting status at any time:

  • Visit /mint/success?mint_order_id=YOUR_ORDER_ID
  • Minting typically takes 10-30 seconds to complete
  • You will receive email notification when minting is complete

4. Free Services

Our free tier services do not involve any payments, therefore no refunds apply. Free users are limited to 1 song per month as specified in our pricing.

For subscription-related refund requests under exceptional circumstances:
